My wife and I were so fortunate to have been given the opportunity to participate in an exploratory new gourmet food experiment by Gaston’s Catering of Moncton. Over a 10 day period we were introduced to a variety of “home delivered” dishes that teased our taste buds with every individual bite. And all we had to do was sit back, wait for the prompt delivery man, read some easy reheat instructions, place the individually prepared meal items in the oven, and within 30 minutes we were able to sit down and enjoy fine dining within the walls of our own residence. So convenient and affordable and we can attest to the quality and freshness of all the meals as being nothing short of “top notch”.

The meals I’ve been getting from Chef Gaston have been great. I get to have lots of different things to eat with no leftovers and no food wastage. I enjoy the variety, the convenience, and the pleasure of sitting down at a table to eat a well-rounded meal each evening.
This is a great option that makes a lot of sense if you don’t have the time or the capability of preparing something this good tasting on your own. Definite ‘keeper’ for me and something I would surely recommend to anyone looking for a fast and delicious home meal solution.

Gaston, I just wanted to let you know how fabulous we think your prepared meals are! Having a meal prepared by a gourmet chef is such a treat…… and the quality of the food was awesome. It is so convenient to have such a delicious supper….simply heat in the oven as per the instructions! The menu choices are excellent… and I can honestly say I can heartily recommend your food. You certainly live up to your excellent reputation for quality and we can absolutely recommend using this service! Well worth it!!

The meals were nutritious, delicious, easy to prepare and the portions were more than we had hoped. This is "Not Takeout Food"...this is home cooked meals delivered to your home ready to re-heat.
These meals are a wonderful addition to our weekly menu. We can order as many as we want and always have one or two in our freezer for times when we get home from golf, business trips, etc. and don't have time to prepare a good meal .
We also see this as a great value for our children , all of whom have kids and where both parents work. They get home at 5 pm and many days there is hockey, basketball, dance, girl guides, and a host of other activities. Instead of take out they can have a good wholesome meal in 25 min and then get on the road again. We see this service as invaluable to everyone young and old who want GOOD food.

We have been long-time subscribers of different meal delivery services, all of which required us to cook the meals from ingredients, following a recipe. Everything about our experience with Chef Gaston…at home was far superior. Having Chef Gaston meals delivered fully cooked with easy-to-follow reheat instructions could not have been more convenient. The meals were delicious, well balanced, had a good variety, and fresh, tasty ingredients. Packaging is minimal, all is recyclable, and no food waste. Would recommend to anyone.
